Being organized is critical when working on complex, dynamic projects. So, I like to create templates, frameworks, checklists, forms, and so on to facilitate tasks.

By way of example, this is a copy style guide template. I worked with one client to fill in the blanks; the answers informed the writing I did for the company's website. It made sure I captured the company's personality and geared content towards the target audience. It helped keep the copy tight, impactful and consistent.
